What color prosthetic is right for me?
If your unsure which color would match your skin tone best, we recommend ordering one of our color sample packs! Typically genitals are one to two shades darker then the skin of the stomach or wrist. These are good places to choose a color form! If your still unsure, feel free to email us and we can help you chose!
How do I use your STP prosthetics?
STP or Stand To Pee and be used to discreetly urinate in public. Press cup to genitals, tuck end tab (back part of cup) between buttock cheeks to prevent backflow. Ensure cup is firmly pressed to prevent leaks. Tilt tip of prosthetic downward. Lightly pinch urethra to open hole to start urine flow. If you pinch head of prosthetic too hard it will close off flow. Our Products double well with harnesses or packing briefs.
How do I take care of my prosthetic?
Be use to wash your prosthetics frequently to ensure longevity of use. If used as an STP, it's a necessity to keep prosthetic and anatomy clean. Wash with dish soap or toy cleaner. We do not recommend that you boil or clean in dishwasher. The silicone can be warped by the heat. If you chose to powder you can but its not necessary.
Painted prosthetics care:
Wash gently with dish soap, do not powder with cornstarch, use talc free powder only. We can not ensure longevity of the paint, it is meant to last but may fade with rough use or lack of care.
4-1 means our product has 4 uses in one prosthetics, to maximize use. Our 4-1’s can be used as an STP (stand to pee), for packing, for personal stimulation, using the fins, and play!
Can I adhiere your prosthetics?
Our prosthetics are not made to be adhered to the skin via glue or adhesive.
All of our prosthetics are handmade by use, being handmade means each one can be slightly different and have its own character! Small air bubbles, cut edges, slight differences of color. None of these characteristics affect the prosthetics use. If you spot a defect that you think is affecting the functionality of your prosthetic feel free to email us some photos.
My prosthetic is too small/big, is this right?
All of our prosthetics may have small differences, none of which will be size. Be sure to double check measurements. Shaft length and whole prosthetics length are measure differently.
Can I return my prosthetic/get a refund?
Unfortunately because of the nature of the product we can not accept returns. It goes against health codes. We can not accept any product back in our shop or re sale it once it has left our premises.
If we want a refund or a product change BEFORE it leaves our shop, we can help!
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Your order can take 5-7 business days to leave our warehouse, this does not include weekends.
Can I change my order?
If your order has not left our shop, your order can be changed if inventory allows. Changing your order will start you standard ship time over. 2-4 business days for the order change.
Where is my tracking information?
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Be sure to check your spam folder!
Do you ship discreetly?
All of our products are shipped in plain white packaging.
I still haven't received my product, why is shipping taking so long?
Depending on what shipping method you chose, and where you are in the world. Shipping times can vary greatly. Once a item leaves our shop, we no longer have any control of the shipping process.
International shipping information
Full legal names are required on international orders. If you do not proved your full legal name, you product might be held, returned or lost.
All of our prosthetics have to to have a description of “silicone prosthetics” for legal reasons.
All other products will be described as “merchandise”
We can not, for any reason falsify information on international orders, this includes sending items as gifts to avoid paying custom fees.
Many countries will charge custom fees or taxes on our products, we have no control over that process and can't give you an estimate on fees ether, it is run solely by your country. Failure to pay these fees will result in your item being abandoned or send back to us. We are happy to ship the item to you again, we will require you pay additional shipping fees.
Many countries will not accept our products due to strict LGBTQA+ laws.
